LEGALITY OF PHOTOGRAPHY AT PUBLIC EVENTS IN TEXAS
In the state of Texas, photography at public events is generally legal. Texas law recognizes a person's right to take photographs and videos in public spaces, including at public events, as long as the photographer is not trespassing on private property or violating any other laws. However, it's important to note that individuals photographed at public events in Texas still have certain rights regarding the use and distribution of their images, particularly if those images contain sensitive or offensive content. We will make every effort to accommodate your request in a timely manner.

COLLECTING DONATIONS
We may collect donations through our website to support our activities, events, and operations.
